April 11 - April 13 Spring Mini Intensive at the Om Room

This is a perfect opportunity to add a little more yoga to your week or to jump start a practice that has idled to a halt! Space is limited, so please pre-register.

Friday 5:30 - 7:30 Release into Peace (restorative yoga)

Saturday 3 - 5 Breaking Down Sun Salutation (step by step inquiry into the poses that comprise Sun Salutation)

Sunday 3 - 5 Hip Hip Hooray (a class that allows you to mine the depths of your hips)

All 3 classes $40
